Hi! I’m Hannah.

And I’m the founder of Resonance.co.

I have had a non-linear journey that’s brought me to companies and communities around the world. My career had an unexpected start, when upon graduating with a degree in international relations, I jumped into the music industry, launching what became a multi Grammy Award-winning record label. A lifelong muso, I was also a freelance violinist with symphonies like the Boston Philharmonic and Boston Civic Symphony, performing in concert halls across Boston and New York, including Carnegie Hall.

Itching for a new adventure, I sold my belongings, packed up my car, and drove from Boston to San Francisco to embark on a new chapter in the tech industry. I have never looked back.

Over the last decade, I have served on leadership teams at Canva, Dropbox and Pandora. I have had the opportunity to launch new international offices, scale global business operations, and lead customer experiences across the US, Europe and Asia Pacific. I have also sat on the other side of the table as an investing Partner at Folklore, a Sydney-based venture capital firm backing seed-stage technology companies across Australia and New Zealand. The exceptional people I have been privileged to work with and invest in have built and supported products used by nearly a billion users around the world.

A circuitous path has not been easy. I have navigated grueling transitions between jobs, industries, countries, and communities. I have felt isolation, imposter syndrome, debilitating performance anxiety, self-doubt from failure, psychologically unsafe, and so ‘stuck’ in my head that I was incapable of leading, much less thriving. I am not alone in these experiences.
